Our meeting begins at 7.00 p.m. on Thursday, 11th April 2024,  in the War Memorial Community Centre, Water Street, Menai Bridge.  

The talk, entitled, MENAI BRIDGE – BACK AND BEYOND,  is by actor Fraser (Simon) Cains about his and his family’s connections with Y Borth, where he’ll be looking back and beyond the 1950’s to the Jacobite Rebellion, Mynydd Parys, the Marquis’s Fete, the Menai Bridge Navy and a host of characters.  Jack Tyddyn To, Mrs Hilda Ryan, Mr Chisholm, Jackie Bach, Johnny Ionnod, Mrs Percy Jones and many more.
